The elastic around the leg when the sock is fully extended upwards is a somewhat too snug, when it is folded down towars the ancle ist still too tight

Did not believe socks could make such a difference.
I walk quite a bit at work and these socks have made it easy on my feet. I use Dr. Martens boots at work, by them selves they are comfortable. But paired (no pun intended) with these socks... it's like walking in slippers.
For me socks were socks until I bought these. Can't see myself going back to any other type for work.
Did not rate durability (they are my first pack). Will hopefully get back to rating this in a few months.

There are two kinds of socks -- the ones that are costly but worth it, and ones like this, that do the job just fine and they're cheap enough to throw away the moment they start wearing out. If you go through socks quickly, you'll like these. Not too much cushion, not too little, and nice and cheap. They do run a little small, though, so if you're a person with big legs or if your feet are on the outside edge of the size you're buying, you may not be happy with your purchase.

These socks are great in every design & manufacture aspect. That said, for me at a size 10 foot, the advertised size range of 6 to 12 fits but is a good bit tight on me; they are snug. For me, that's not a bad thing, as they are somewhat like a mild compression sock... something that I need! Being snug on me, they stay up very well. Although quite stretchy, I suspect that these sock would be quite tight on a size 12 foot.

Really nice socks. Thick but not too thick, stretchy, super comfortable! Bottom is a smidge thicker so they should last a little longer too. I will Definitely buy them again.
