Susanhu32: please find the proper fitting wire basket or other good muzzle (never use a mesh, nylon or cloth muzzle either) for your dog. THese muzzle are hard and can cause sores on your dog's muzzle and face. they are not biteproof. Missed the window for return, but this went to the trash

Kimberley Wroten: Koda is an 85lb lap dog inside the house but outside he's a beast. Our old muzzle he would rip off his face and try to eat the neighbors. This muzzle is a pain to put on but once he has it on because it's connected to his collar and the way it fits Koda it almost works like a head harness and we have a huge amount of control over him. For some reason the top strap will push into his forehead when he tries to lunge or pull my poor son all over the ice and snow. His only choice is to walk nicely next to my son while he gets taken out. This has been a HUGE issue because BEFORE we bought this muzzle taking Koda out was scary at times and ALWAYS a work out. Even if Koda doesn't like it we love it because he is a LOT easier for handle. Koda is a wonderful dog but he is a rescue that was abused and he's a BIG boy. I'm only 5 ft but he's the first dog that's as tall as me. Inside he is cuddly and funny and sweet outside not so much. So I love this muzzle and I highly recommend it

Crowe W.Crowe W.: The media could not be loaded.  There wasn't an option for a 4 size so I had to go with the 5 [just slightly too big]. It's nice but my biggest worry is how soft the material is. It's a super soft and pliable rubber. An intensive chewer [my big boy sure is when he's by himself] could work through this in about an hour if he really tried. Primarily this one would be used to keep dogs from latching onto his face. He usually never ever attacks back but he gets beat up all the time. The straps and cage itself look durable enough to save his face and ears from other nasty dogs

For reference [please for the love of whatever you believe in, buy a size 4] he is a 2 1/2 year old 72lbs hunting hound dog. Large head, small snout. The 4 would have definetly fit him like a glove

Mariah: The only muzzle that my dog can’t get off

We have been trying to crate train our pup for over a year. He does really well then his anxiety flairs up again. He was actually hurting himself trying to get out. Tried 2 different muzzles before this and he could get them off. The collar with this one helps keep it on which is amazing. He hasn’t been able to get it off and now we actually let him roam the house because the only thing he ever did was tear things apart not go to the bathroom. He has gotten use to this to the point he doesn’t run and hide when we put it on then he just sleeps most of the day at home and relaxes

Definitely get this if you have a dog that only tears stuff up in the house. We even use this when we just have to keep
Him in a separate room for little while because he gets mad and sassy and tears things up.

Alecea DiazAlecea Diaz: I needed a muzzle to prevent my dog from biting at her back but also because she has develeoped some anxiety and aggression towards other people (specifically the vets) when seperated from me since Covid. Shes an 11 lb Shiba Inu and her snout measures 3in x 6.5 in. Apparently, a size 2 should be good for her breed but since she is a lot smaller than an average adult, I ordered a size 1. However, even the size 1 is a little bigger and would get in the way of her eyes. 0.5 an in does a big difference, so thats probably why. I wish they had a bit of a smaller size in circumference of the snout. Otherwise, it worked well for the time that I had this. I especially loved the loops on the front and back of the neck area for a collar to go through. I bought a baskerville muzzle since they came in smaller sizes, but shes able to pull it off with her dew claws. She wasnt able to pull off this one because of those loops.
