I bought 2 of these. I had 2 before but they were double the cost and very flimsy.
When i received them they are great. They do exactly what i need as i work as a chef. Instant reading, great to put in my pocket.

I love this thermometer! My first one disappeared in a kitchen reorganization, so I immediately ordered a new one. What I love most is the accuracy of the readings, the speed with which they register, and its durability. It is easy to see when inserted in whatever you are cooking. And, it is simple to clean. I've purchased others from brick and mortar retailers, and they either break or you cannot trust the readings. Would highly recommend.

Funziona e non è ingombrante. La custodia protegge il puntale, anche se è staccata e quindi perdibile. Pensavo potesse essere utilizzato per temperature più alte.

This Master digital thermometer is the first temperature gauge that finally works right. And believe me, I have used allot of these.
My only complaint is , its hard to read the small numbers when I put it into the turkey, meat, etc. unless I have my glasses on !
I would not deduct a point for that, cause its my problem.

I had something very similar to this thermometer, but lost it in a house move. This one works great - it is a very quick read and easily inserts into virtually every kind of meat I happen to be cooking on my Big Green Egg. It cleans easily and I love the fact that it has a cap (Yes, I have poked myself with similar thermometers in the past, forgetting their in my apron pocket.)
