Songbird824: Don't be fooled by the picture on the box. There are maybe four tablespoons of food in the bowl. The taste is sensational. There isn't enough food for the price.

MB: I used to buy this a lot and had stopped a while back. It was in stock recently and I bought it and had forgotten how good it was. It was very filling and the perfect blend of sweet and savory chicken, veggies and grains. I hope they get it back in stock soon, as I'll be buying it all the time.

Bros: Marie Callender's Sweet Pineapple Chicken Teriyaki Bowl, Frozen Meal, 12.3 OZ
I didn't think I was going to like this meal but I did. It's actually decent for an inexpensive frozen meal. I followed directions preparing it (Times & stirring) according to the box. My impression: The chicken tastes OK, although a bit on the processed side & it's a bit skimpy. The pineapple pieces were intact with good juicy pineapple flavor. The rice was cooked reasonably well ( not mushy or grainy). The sauce had OK Teriyaki flavor but no one is going to mistake this for restaurant quality deep rich flavor. The broccoli was bright green in whole pieces. The portion size was just about right to hit the spot. All in all, Not bad for a microwave meal under 4 bucks. This gets 5 stars based on being a microwave meal reasonably priced.
