11bravo: First bought a small set as didn't know how the grandkids would like. They LOVED these things (OK, Mom maybe a little less as she would have to pick up the "strays"). Turns out, the 3 year old was familiar with these from her daycare. The 5 year and 9 year olds also liked to play with the tiles. So bought a larger set so each could built their own designs.

Uschi: Der Preis der magna tiles hat uns sehr lange von einer Abschaffung abgehalten. Zum letzten Weihnachtsfest gab es sie dann aber doch und seitdem sind wir einfach nur begeistert! Die kleine (2 Jahre) liegt damit besonders gern auf ihrem Lichttisch erste 2D Gebilde, fängt aber auch manchmal schon an in die Höhe zu bauen. Die große (5 Jahre) fertigt richtige Kunstwerke, die teilweise größer sind als ihre Schwester. Es ist das Spielzeug schlechthin und es vergeht kein Tag, an dem nicht mit den Steinen gebaut wurde. Auch für die Entwicklung des räumlichen Vorstellungsvermögens und zum erlernen der Formen und Körper sind die Magna tiles super geeignet. Wir werden zum nächsten Geburtstag der beiden wohl noch einen Satz anschaffen. Einfach toll!
