Julie Ann: It's great to receive 4 different kinds of curry (red, green, masaman and panang). We have only tried the masaman (yellow) one so far, but it was so delicious, that I have no qualms about giving a 5 star rating to the whole bunch.

J. Toops: I cannot believe how amazing these little curry tins are. We have a couple of authentic Thai restaurants in the area and these pastes are easily as good as most of the dishes I've ordered.
What will make the difference between a "meh" outcome and a fantastic at-home dining experience is how the ingredients are prepped and whether you use the curries as a thick sauce, thinner soup, etc. My diet is primarily plant-based now due to some health issues (stinking cholesterol) so I've tried tofu as the protein in these. However, chicken, beef. and pork would be fantastic (per the omnivores in the household) if they are not overcooked by the time you add the sauce.
All of them taste good with coconut milk and some stock (chicken or vegetable).
I am so glad these are available for order--my Asian food market also sells them, but it a little out of the way and the price is comparable to Amazon pricing.
10/10 will buy again!
