Melissa: Easy to assemble and slide under my desk when not in use. Only took a few adjustments to get it just right (short legs, long torso). I only use it half the day but it has helped tremendously with preventing lower back spasms.

Lucy Z: I went to the trouble of putting this together, which was pretty easy, and it came together quickly. But then I tried to use it for a day of working on my home computer and it was not comfortable. Also, it seemed a little rickety, like the joints were loose. The opposite of sturdy. That being said, I am short and heavy, so if you're short and thin, it may be comfortable for you. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone over 140 lbs or over 5'4". It's pretty small and compact, and the padding for your knees compresses quickly with use. I returned this for a refund. This kind of chair does make you sit up straighter and have better posture, but it just wasn't comfortable or workable for me.

T Butler: I have scoliosis and other posture issues, and a bad tendency to slouch and sit on my tailbone after long enough seated. I wanted to see if a kneeling chair like this would help -- it definitely helps, and this one is good quality for the price. Feels sturdy, even as a tall, heavy dude, but I do wish tue kneeling pad was wider so I could sit without being so conscious about how well I'm keeping my thighs pressed together (and how and where I'm positioning, ahem, certain anatomical elements). The casters are also notably less sturdy and well-made than everything else; I'll probably replace them.

TinaC: I wish I had purchased one of these a long time ago! I've had sciatica for 4 weeks (due to a herniated disc in my lower back), and it hurts to sit at my desk to work. This has been the solution I need! I can now work without back pain. I even watch TV in it some. It does make my shins hurt, so I need to stand up every 30 min or so, but that is a very good trade compared to what I was dealing with. The shin pain goes away in about a minute. Once I am healed, I plan to mix this in with my regular chair to keep my back in good shape. I'll definitely switch to it 100% at the first sign of back pain. It was easy enough to assemble, the cushions are thick, and I appreciate the height adjustment and the option to lock the wheels. I am 5'0" tall. *UPDATE the second week of using this chair was different from the first! Shins no longer hurt, and I can sit in it for much longer time frames. You definitely do adjust to it after a week or so.

Flowerpower19: It was super easy to assemble and it’s also adjustable, which is great. I didn’t have any trouble getting used to it. I think it is so much healthier than sitting in a regular chair at a desk. I was able to sit longer and felt my posture was better. Even though I have very little padding on my shins, I had no soreness after using it from the beginning. I didn’t sit on it for the whole day at first - I worked my way up, but the padding on it is great and the fact that you can adjust it a little bit both the seat and the knee pads make it so that you can find a good comfortable spot for you. Highly recommend in this day and age where we sit way too much, which can cause a lot of health problems. Highly recommend.
