Book Lover: I bought this for a reborn baby doll that came to me completely naked and needed something to wear. I found this and thought the fabric pattern was so pretty and it is. The fabric is soft. The sleeper has snaps down the front and it comes with a cute hat. The footie fit the doll, but the hat is pretty snug on her, but it works.
This is a pretty little footie for a great price.

Chy: I bought these for my preemie twins and the onesie fits perfect while the hat is super small and doesn't fit at all. They are now 6lbs and still can't fit 0-3 they wear newborn.. I need this onesie in bigger sizes. I would keep buying it
