Kelly V.: The plastic that makes the slats is really solid. The slats that came with both my air conditioners have both broken. This one is not going to break. I did duct tape the vent pipe to the end piece to make sure everything stayed together but that's just me being overly cautious. White tape blends well. Such a great purchase.

Tom: I'm using the Sliding AC Vent Kit for exhausting my oyster mushroom fruiting chamber.I'd been considering cutting a hole in the bedroom window, thru the stucco wall. Installation was much easier with the Sundiao because it came with enough plates and screws to get the right fit. I also found the ability to seal the Window Vent with the Sundiao was much better than the item that shipped itself
