Leslie Jackson: It took a national stay at home order to finally give me the push I needed to try and learn to play the ukulele.
After agonizing over several options I chose this concert uke. Its pretty, has a nice clear voice and is well made. The tuner and gig bag are well made and easy to use.
Very satisfied with my purchase! And it came right on time and wasn't difficult for a newbie to tune!

DJ: This is a Great Kit. I have had 4 Ukuleles and this one is by far the best. It is easy to play, sounds great, and looks nice too. Being a Concert Uke, there is slightly more room for my big fingers to get a chord fingered correctly.
As a bonus, the bag is well padded and of high quality.
The tuner works well, as long as it doesn't get too far out of tune.
I haven't yet watched the included Instructional DVD, I originally learned by searching you tube and continue to play songs from there and sheet music sites. So no comments on the DVD.

Morgan Gorman: I bought this based on other customer reviews. I'm 31 and the uke is the first instrument I've ever tried to play, so I don't know a ton about music. This bundle comes with a lot of great stuff, the tuner is simple and accurate and very easy to use. The ukulele itself has a really nice sound that everyone I've played it for loves and it looks really nice with the turtle design. I had a Mahalo soprano for a few months before picking up this bigger concert uke and it's easier to play and the strings make a big difference over the no name ones on my old uke. They sound better and feel better on your fingers too.

The gig bag is pretty nice. It has a carrying strap and adjustable back pack straps which I love because I take it pretty much everywhere backpack style. Makes it easier to find practice time.

I haven't found a need for the polishing cloth as the instrument isn't glossy at all, and I've been using uke lessons on YouTube, and not wanting to put too many different things in my head before I'm somewhat proficient at the basics, I haven't looked at the DVD yet, so I don't know what is like. JDH57: I love this uke! It's a pretty thing right out of the box and sounds bright and cheery, just like a uke should. Though I'm wondering if I should have gone with a concert ukulele for the wider fret board, I think that this has been a great starter instrument. I'd read reviews about Luna and the quality of their instruments, and that was a factor in my purchasing this one. Like one or two others have said in their reviews, the tattoos look better in person than in the pictures. And I just love the pineapple shape. The tuners are solid--I don't see anything done on the cheap with them or any other part of the instrument. Another plus--the strings do indeed hold their tune after 2-3 weeks. I basically gave myself this uke for Christmas and it remains one of the better Christmas gifts I've gotten in the past few years.

Tyson K: Wouldn't recommend this uke. The pre amp works fine, but is sub par at best. When playing acoustic though, there is a rattling from the inside of the body by the pre amp. If you want a electric acoustic uke, I would recommend spending a bit more money. If you are looking for a good ukulele in this price range, go with a Kala. The prices are around the same, but Kala ukuleles have a nicer sound and are known to have a better build quality.

shanny: I bought this ukulele for my 11 year old daughter who had her heart set on a ukulele for Christmas. This is not toy quality, it's very well made. The instructional dvd is quite good and the case seems to be of good quality. I'm glad that I spent the extra money to get her this bundle instead of the $50 ukulele that I initially looked at. They should throw in a pick, she had to steal one from her brother :)

Jo-Jo '77: I am not a musician; but, I am a drummer who loves music. I fiddled around with other instruments when growing up, but drumming was always my natural talent and passion and so now as an old man set in my ways, I was hesitant to try and learn how to play something new. That being said, I decided to to learn how to play ukulele as a way to enhance the coffee shop trio that I currently drum in. I'll say that if you are thinking about taking up the ukulele, but you aren't sure if it will be too difficult for you, give it a shot! If this clumsy drummer can do it, anyone can.

This ukulele is the only ukulele I've ever picked up and I am loving it. I'd like to offer some pros and cons for your consideration.

Pros:
1. Beauty- this is a beautiful instrument and the laser etching is very intricate, giving the uke so much character. I'm sure there are others just as pretty, but I really enjoy the design of this one.

2. Sound- I suppose this should be the #1 on my list, but as a novice, I'm not sure if this sounds better than other ukes in the same price range or even if the sound outweighs the pretty. It does sound nice, though, and as I really begin to learn what I'm...
