EastCoast: I like the look of the faucet. It gives my kitchen an updated look. One thing I was surprised with is that the deck plate did not come with it. I am sure they said it somewhere, but who would have thunk? So if you are going to get this faucet and want the deck plate, order it before installation.
So far, I love it. I just got it installed, so we shall see how it holds up. Gave four stars. Five if the plate was included.

KUTyndallKUTyndall: We purchased this to replace a cheap plastic RV kitchen faucet. Was looking to get something that would hold up better, be attractive and a little more functional, but still at a reasonable price. This hits all the high marks! I like this kind of movable spout so much better than the magnetic ones that you pull out and always sag eventually. This faucet was just the right size for our small RV sink, installation was very easy, and the company even sent me the adapters that I would need to bridge the hoses between the faucet and the RV lines. I'm very pleased with their customer service, and their product. If you're considering this, you won't be disappointed!

Tim jones: Ordered faucet and didn't realize it didn't come with deck plate or adapter fittings for my application. I reached out to the company via email. Responded quickly and sent the extra parts that I didn't know that I needed. Shipped immediately to me and can't say enough how much we love the faucet!!!

Amazon Customer: We brought it a year ago, everything was good until lately. When we switched back and front of the water control at the faucet head, it got confused, the shower motion still dripped water.

philippe f.: Le robinet est très beau et semble robuste (cela fait un mois qu'on l'a installé). Le jet est assez puissant, le couleur est très belle.
Le seul problème pour moi, c'est que le bec est trop bas, trop proche de l'évier. C'est un peu gênant quand on veut remplir un verre et encore pire une bouteille d'eau. Même quand on fait la vaisselle, nos mains touchent sans cesse le bec et doit tourner le robinet pur le mettre sur le côté, avant de le remettre pour rincer. Le fit qu'on ait un seul bac rend la chose un peu agaçant.
