Sue: I bought this to use to quick pickles things. I wanted a good quality organic ACV for it and chose this. I love the taste and was only concerned when I couldn't find the acidic value on the label. I did however go to the questions answered section and found out it is 5%.

S. Seng: I'm using this vinegar as a base for making my own red wine vinegar. I was really surprised how dark it is from being unfiltered, but it still has all of the zip of vinegar. It doesn't seem to separate as much as the typical cider vinegar with mother.
