SoCalMelissa: The concrete contractor sealed our stamped concrete porch and walkway a week or so after pouring it. It was beautiful and shiny but, as promised, not slippery. After a couple years, the seal grew dull and patchy looking and I worried that weather might cause an issue with the surface so I went on a hunt for a good sealer.
I had hoped for something more affordable, like the popular brand that is sold in almost every hardware store. Unfortunately, that brand had many complaints about using it on concrete. So I splurged and bought the Armor AR350, which had good reviews. I'm glad I did! It is shiny and beautiful and not the least bit slippery.
Application was easy. We just applied it liberally with a thick paint roller. It went over the previously sealed concrete easily. We had a little left over and decided to use it on a section of unsealed cement. We were surprised at how much the previously unsealed concrete just sucked up the sealant like a sponge. Be warned, if you are putting on a first-time application it might take more product than you think.

Realist: I bought a sprayer to apply the first coat but it had a filter in it. So none of the anti slip product I mixed in with the sealer was applied. So you must find a sprayer without a filter in it or use a roller on 2nd coat to get the texture. So far so good. It does exactly what the the product says and shows after the 2nd coat. I had 14000 square feet of stamped (1year old) concrete (that hasn’t been sealed before) and it took me 7 gallons to do 2 coats. I didn’t get any white stuff only got a few bubbles (I’m guessing from applying it to thick)but just roll over it or back roll it with a not so wet roller and they go away. I do recommend this to all amateur home owners and do it yourself people. I won’t use any other products!

S. GRAY: I had my doubts about purchasing this product. Will it provide protection and make our dull looking bricks
more attractive? Well, I first want to share that Foundation Armor did an exemplary job on packing this gallon container. No damage or spillage! That in itself is worth praising, at least in my humble opinion.
So as far as applying the product we followed the directions to the letter. Pressure washed the bricks and let them completely dry. Waited towards the evening and applied the product with a brush rather than a roller.
My wife and I laid 2 rows of bricks as an accent to the front and backyard. Using a small brush to apply this was a lot neater than trying to roll. Anyway, we will apply the second coat tomorrow evening. The best possible compliment for this product and moreover the company is to purchase more of it!
I believe this is a great product and would certainly recommend highly. The only thing that I can honestly say is that I can't address the possibility of the product turning yellowish over time. I will follow through with additional results at a later time.

A. Gift For You: I used this on a stamped concrete walkway/doorstep that is 8 years old. Last time I sealed it was about 4 years ago. This product was exceptionally easy to work with and walkway looks like new. I applied it with the FomPro Solvent Proof 1/2 inch paint roller and it easily got down into the stamped joints. You may be able to save the roller if you wrap it up well but I bought 2 and threw them away after each coat. You will also probably want a throw-away paint brush to get the corners of steps and up against the house. For the second coat I applied about 10 square feet of the sealer at a time, used the company-recommended Scott's hand held spreader to sprinkle on Foundation Armor fine non-slip, and then back rolled. The color is now popping and it has a wet look without being overly glossy. I followed all the directions and applied in the last 90 minutes of daylight in temperatures around 70 degrees. I wouldn't try to do this in the heat of the summer.
As far as the comments about the odor, this is a solvent based product and is about like every other solvent-based product I have worked with. I would compare the fumes to a can of spray paint. Pretty nasty and I personally...

TonyTony: I applied the Armor AR350 to a pebble dash wall finish. The sealer helped bring out the detailing in the aggregate and is easily applied using a paint roller and brush.

Erma: We had a little issue with our sprayer we used so we had to move to spreading the material with a paint roller, once this problem was resolved the application went very smoothly and fast. We applied 2 coats, as recommended, and the finished results are outstanding. We used this on a newly poured entrance stair and the look of the stairs with the sealer on it has improved our front exposure look. With the ease of application and the resulting looks we have no issue to giving this product our highest recommendation and look forward to future projects with this product. We are extremely satisfied.

canadian reader: The product was easy to put on, our front steps and porch were stamped concrete, quite worn looking, but the sealer did the job. Two thin coats gave it a wet look that made them look like new. Very happy with the product so far. Would recommend.

Barb: Product is great, looks sharp on my pool edge, however the price was double what Amazon purchased for. Invoice was in my box-Felt ripped off…next time will research price and where to purchase instead of Amazon.

jon stewardjon steward: Product had great coverage for my stamped concrete patio. Not too glossy, just enough sheen to enhance and give it that nice wet look. It went on well with a quality pump sprayer then i back rolled, gave it 2 coats 24 hours apart. Mixed in non-slip grip powder on second coat. Read the instructions as there are some guidelines that need to be followed.
