Deb B.: I am very happy with this purchase!! The cyan display was a must for me. I wanted very large numbers since it is 4-5 feet from me. Very easy to set. Hours & mins set separately with backwards & forwards. Love that it auto sets for DST (daylight savings time). it doesn't autoset the time. It does have a battery back up for power outrages, but I haven't put batteries in it yet. 2 AAA. I like that it has the day of the week. Make sure when setting the date you click again & enter the year or your day will be off. My favorite FM station KLOVE came in loud & clear when I draped the antennae over something higher. Use the time set +- to change the station. I feel this was a great price, & I'm very happy with it. I'm replacing an ancient one that if I had to back the time up an hour I either had to hit the reverse button 60 times or FF 23 hrs since you couldn't set hours & minutes separately. Mine still worked great but I didn't like the small red numbers & how annoying it was to set.

Alexander: I like that this has a clock radio, I hate the alarm sounds. I really love that this has a dimmer setting for the display. It is VERY bright and the first night I didn't realize it could be dimmed and had to turn it away from my bed. But it actually has 3 brightness settings so I just turn it down at night. Works well and eash to set alarm. I like that it has a pretty narrow silhouette too and doesn't take up a lot of space on my night stand.

Rich Kiewlen: Overall this is a good radio alarm clock with a large LED display. It's easy to set up and use. The main problem I am having is with the LED brightness. There is very bright, bright and low. The bright setting is good all around except when you are trying to sleep as it's as bright if not brighter than a night lite. It lights up the whole room and when you use the low setting it's perfect for when the lights are off in the room but you really can't see the display in normal daylight. There needs to be a sensor to set the light according to the available light. Now I have to decide if I want to keep the unit and adjust it daily to meet the need to see the display. It's not hard just tedious. The only other thing is that it has only one alarm setting if it had two and a sensor for the display this would be the best radio alarm clock on the market.

Chalchiuhtlicue: I recently purchased another clock radio (Lielongren Ultra Large Display Alarm Clock Radio) for a little more money. I'm much happier with this one... The display is blue rather than red, but still large and easy to read from across the room. It's MUCH easier to set with semi-intuitive buttons rather than Lielongren's weird button setup. Although it doesn't have multiple alarms or preset stations, those features are irrelevant to me.

The thing I really like is that the alarm volume can be set separately from the radio volume. Also, for whatever reason, the reception is better and the sound more pleasant with this Shanlonyi unit. All in all, my much happier with this clock radio.
