tawandatawanda: I like this faucet. It’s heavy duty and feels like good quality. I had to get adapters because it comes with water lines attached. The part that holds the faucet head became loose and caused water to spray everywhere… i just tightened it again. The spray button had a drip once. Overall because of the price, I would buy it again. I’ve had it installed for about 2 months now. The one I wanted costs almost $200.

Tom: Excellent quality kitchen sink. Easy to install. Great value for money. I installed it in my RV I did need a joint adapter but it was easy to install. Love the pull out flexible head for washing dishes, very sturdy and durable. Have not had any issues traveling with it attached. Classic design. Definitely recommended

Jazzy: Installation was easy... and that's about where it stopped. I had to order this faucet twice, and both were defective in their own way.
First order: faucet was installed and secured tightly under the sink, however for some reason the entire thing would pivot to either direction whenever you turned the water from hot to cold and vice versa. No matter how much I tightened the bracket it was like it just ... Wasn't properly put together and no amount of work would help. Figuring it was just a defective item I went ahead and ordered a replacement.
The second order:
So this one was installed the same way. Screws were tightened and I made sure everything was as tight as it could go. Unfortunately, while the faucet didn't move, I noticed that the neck of the faucet actually wiggled A LOT and it would actually hang at a forward angle which I could forsee eventually severing completely. When the water was on it would actually gather around the seam at the point where it swivels like there was a leak somewhere.
In conclusion: since I am past my return eligibility for this item, I opted to return the replacement item since I would rather have a faucet that moves from...

Colby R. Curtis: Ok first off let me say I am very pleased with this purchase. With that being said there are two small flaws that the manufacturer needs to work out for future models. So I have a granite countertop and it’s pretty thick and my sink is a under counter sink so when I tried to use the deck plate that comes with it the threaded part that sticks through your countertop wasn’t long enough to have any threads sticking out the bottom for the lock ring to catch on. So I had to install it without the deck plate which left enough threads that when tightened there were about three complete threads still below the lock ring. It looks great so I don’t mind but if the threaded part was slightly longer this would fix this problem. Second problem is the metal “O” ring that the lock washer pushes up against is too thin and not wide enough. Whoever cut the hole in my granite made the hole slightly oblong so when I went to tighten the lock screws it bent and pushed the metal lock ring up into the hole. Luckily I had the much thicker and beefier bigger lock ring from my old faucet and was able to use it and it’s perfect. They need to supply a much thicker and wider metal lock ring for...
