I’m 26 in waist and got car it was good out the pack does the job enough room for foams and board to keep compression but I will take it in a bit because I needed a 3rd tbh but get this for sure u need it in your compression arsenal

Kimberly: I ordered a large. I am 5'6 and 135lbs as my waist is 27"/28"(depending). This product is itchy, super tight, and NOT comfortable to sit in. It restricts movement. This would be something better for c-section (to prevent and stich tears, or simply doing things around the house) versus vaginal delivery. I was super happy when I ordered it, and was soon disappointed when I put it on. It made me feel claustrophobic. And I am not very affected by claustrophobia. I wore it for maybe 20 minutes and had to take it off. Also, not very breathable either. If you chose to purchase this product order a size up. It runs small.
