LIZD Disposable Sterile Safety Nose Piercing Gun Kit – Jewelry Included for Safe and Easy Nose Piercing

Ash: Bought this piercing gun a couple of years ago and pierced my nose in a pandemic motivated fit to change something I could control. I had my nose pierced years before that, and at some point had to remove the ring for a surgery and it closed up. I knew what I wanted, but a word of warning there was of course much pain. Years later, my nose ring is still in place and I love it so I have no regrets and would probably do it again if I had to.

I do not have any way to guarantee that this product will be 100% protected from contaminants and if you aren't prepared to follow through despite pain, I would suggest a professional. You have to pull the trigger all the way through, so make sure you've got the guts to do so, or you're just going to put yourself through something unnecessary. This is not a gun - you have to pinch it through your nostril...

Also - I did not like the offered nose jewelry choices, so I also bought rings to replace the stud that comes in the set. The stud has a wider blunt end which was a *real* biatch to pull back through to thread the ring right after I pierced it, so while the kit fit what I needed - if you have any issues with sensitivity to pain...

Jessi0805Jessi0805: This product worked great. I did decide to pour rubbing alcohol over the whole unit before using. I could not pierce my nose myself. I had my husband squeeze it for me. The machine does feel like "it breaks" in your hands once you pierce with it. The thing is, its a one time use only machine once you pierce with it, you're done. You get one shot. So if you don't squeeze it hard and fast the first time, you lost out. It needs A LOT OF PRESSURE. Let's be honest, our first instinct is to not harm ourselves. Have a friend help you. Also I decided to remove the original stud and replace with another piece. It really hurts to remove. I did this right away because I figured I was already in pain and it all had to heal anyways.

Lissett: Very well packaged, lots of choices plus got an extra 2 as a gift. Few things to consider.

1. Instructions are listed here under description,would be handy if they were printed and included in the package, so read the descriptions for all the details.
2. It does hurt a bit, nothing you can't handle i promise
3. Make sure you press hard so it goes through all the way.
4. Use alcohol before and after. I also used a bit of coconut oil to help with the inflammation
5. Clean it everyday and rotate the earring a few times to help it settled
6. To remove the earring that comes in the gun, i strongly suggest you wait a week or 2, more if possible, after a week i was able to slowly and gently remove the piercing, but inserting a different one hurt a bit, so i went ahead and inserted the original back in, slowly, and waited a few more days.

Give it time to heal, clean it frequently and have patience.

Michelle ToolanMichelle Toolan: I live in a state that is not currently allowing piercings due to COVID-19. It’s been on my bucket list for so long and I just did not feel like waiting so I ordered this from Amazon and had it the next day. I read a bunch of reviews first and this seemed most reasonable as I just did not trust a gun style. This is self driven and as other reviewer‘s have said, if you just go for it, it is an absolute breeze! It came nicely packaged and although with no directions it’s pretty self-explanatory. I drew a purple dot on my nose first to figure out where I wanted to place it, you simply line it up and pretty much squeeze it into place by applying consistent pressure until it’s done. I cleaned my nose thoroughly with alcohol first and then I put a tiny bit of Neosporin cream ( The kind that has The built-in pain relief a.k.a. slightly numbing) on my nose for approximately five minutes before I was just wiped it off and went for it. Ya’ll it was so easy I was literally laughing. No pain, no blood, and saved myself $40 doing it myself. Just go for it! This is worth the money.

DustinDustin: For the price, this is an amazing product. it has everything you need. It even came with extra jewelry as a bonus! I really thought this would be easy too. the piercing comes already loaded into the gun (Both of which are wrapped in sterile packaging).

My biggest issue was that I could not get myself to puncture my nose. I kept going almost all the way but the pain would stop me. At one point the piercing got stuck in the skin but not past the cartilage (this is because the pricing is bribed to that it won't come out once it is in). I ended up pulling it out (which hurt and was a little messy). I ended up figuring out how to reload the piercing gun and give it another try the next day and was successful.

This is a great price, but in all honestly if you are at all squeamish with needles, I recommend going to a real piercer. Otherwise, if you are brave, get this product!
