Samantha: These are very good to have in the house. Very helpful when I want to make a recipe but don't have the fresh version. Hard to find in the supermarket. So happy Amazon has this product.

Margaret R Lerner: i've been buying LiteHouse freeze dried herbs for several years now ... i like fresh herbs but they go bad before i use them up ... these are just as good as fresh and i really love them.
