KarenKaren: Item arrived damaged. Five out of six screws used to affix the shelf to the wire frame were completely stripped and laying in the bottom of the box, as we removed the shelf from the box it arrived in.
My husband had to find bigger screws to get the shelf put back together (not interested in returning as that would require a trip to the post office during Covid).
A bit disappointed as we spent lots of time researching and reading reviews before we settled on this shelf, and then spent quite a bit of money on it as well, only for it to arrive damaged. It is still usable, but we should not have had to repair something that just got delivered this evening.

Gwen: This is a beautiful accent shelf for my kitchen. I use it to display a set of 70s cups and saucers and 2 coffee pots. The hooks are very handy for the cups and also for hanging seasonal decor. It is very sturdy and complements the wire basket shelfs I also purchased on Amazon. Great for Farmhouse and Industrial styles.

LaniLani: The item works for what I needed it for. The following are reasons I gave 4 stars instead of 5
1) the wooden shelf fell off as I was taking it out of the box. (Attached are the images of the massive holes in the wood and the way the screws were.)
2) the wood shelf had like black paint on the top, that was supposed to be white. (Imaged attached)
3) the wood shelf looked liked it was reused. I can see marks on it like there used to be hinges on it. (Imaged attached)
Anyway, with thicker screws, we were able to reattach the wood shelf and install it on our wall. Came out great and I'm able to hang a few things on it with confidence.

Sydney MuellerSydney Mueller: I absolutely loved this product. I got my shelf the next day, and it was shipped in excellent condition. It was on the simpler side of things to install, and it holds all of my coffee bar necessities! I was looking into buying a similar shelf for twice the price, and I’m so glad I took a chance and bought this one instead! It’s so much larger than the others I found that compare to it, and it’s incredibly sturdy. Can’t recommend enough and I never write reviews haha

People must not look at the pictures of the product before purchasing because many reviews complained about chipped paint. It’s supposed to look distressed!! It’s a rustic shelf. I have no complaints for the price. Considering similar shelves at other stores are $100+. Built sturdy, looks wonderful, and holds a lot. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase!
