Joe Dininni: This is very well-built, and after more than 4 months of daily use grinding whole bean coffee it has shown no signs of wear. It's reasonably quiet due to the outer shield, the stainless steel bowl is very sturdy and the whole thing feels well-built and not at all like a budget offering. Another benefit of the metal design is how easily and cleanly the contents come out after just a couple brisk taps of the bottom on the counter. I tend to get high-quality beans that aren't very oily, so your results may vary, but it's worlds better than the plastic designs I've used in the past.

The lack of settings or bells and whistles is irrelevant to me. It does one thing, and it does it well. Simply run longer for a finer grind. For a half-pot of coffee (4-6 cups) I tend to do 2 pulses of about 5 seconds to ensure an even result.

If you want excellent quality, reliability and sturdiness and don't care about extra features, this is a stellar value. Highly recommended.

Pour moudre les graines, café, épices, herbes ce moulin est très efficace et ce qui ne gâche rien très facile à nettoyer.
La qualité du produit est manifeste.
J’espère que sa fiabilité, sera à la hauteur comme les autres acheteurs le soulignent également.
Un petit bémol toutefois : j’aurais aimé disposer du manuel utilisateur en pdf… c’est tellement plus agréable à consulter une notice sur une tablette que de prendre une loupe pour lire sur le timbre poste où il est reproduit…

Coincoin: Acheté pour essentiellement moudre des graines de chia.
Il fait objectivement très bien son travail !!!

Si on devait lui trouver un défaut ce serait l’aspect conception de la sécurité. En effet on doit placer le capot servant à déclencher la mise en marche sur la machine. Apres exécution on doit la retirer pour accéder, normal c’est fait pour… oui mais ce capot devient encombrant. On ne sait jamais où le poser, de plus il est lisse et en polycarbonate et on a tout le temps peur qu’il tombe parterre et qu’il se casse.
Du coup pour ranger l’appareil, on le pose sur la machine mais rien ne le tient fixé, donc bim il finit toujours par tomber… grrrr !
A moins d’avoir un endroit fixe pour poser l’appareil et ne plus y touché, le rangement est trop galère.
Certes, la sécurité doit être importante pour éviter d’y laissé un doigt, mais franchement elle n’a pas été conçue pour être pratique.
J’hésite même à lui enlever une étoile supplémentaire mais comme le but est de moudre et qu’il le fait bien, j’en reste là.

Marisazs: I am so happy I bought this. I had the Krups before and this is 10 times better. It is quieter than my old one and I absolutely love that I can grind a few days worth of coffee and leave it in the grinding cup because there’s a tight lid to keep it fresher. Also love that I can easily wash the cup separately and don’t have to take the entire unit to the sink.

Muhammad Faisal: I received this product just this week but I have used it more than thrice already. I pureed some onions, some tomatoes, ginger and garlic in it Successfully, quickly and without any mess. I also tried grinding some raw american rice in it. It did not turn into surper fine powder but it was not bad either. The machine has a cover that fits snugly to the grinder compartment before you put on the outer cover, so nothing came out or made a mess in my experience of grinding/ puréeing dry/wet ingredients. The best thing is that the container is washable so you can remove odors and use the same container for processing various ingredients.
I can’t say anything about longevity of the motor or any other parts yet, as I have used it just for a week but so far so good. If it passes the longevity test then it can certainly be called one of the best machines of it’s kind for this price. That’s why I gave only 4 stars.
