JunimaJunima: You can't wash the covers in the washing machine, I did just that on a delicate cycle and the vinyl underneath started peeling off everywhere. I had to remove the vinyl completely but now what's left of the fabric is incredibly thin and see through. The bolts holding the frame together have also ripped holes into the fabric. My cats loved it and were in it 24/7 but now it's super messed up and I can't find any hammock replacements anywhere.

Jenesys RodriguezJenesys Rodriguez: look I was skeptical of this upholding as a fat cat owner with 3 cats. but holy crap it works great! took about 10 minutes to install and you probably need two people to hold it up and suction it. we’ve had 1 cup pop off a couple times but the whole thing stayed right in place. once we recleaned the window and cup, it stayed right in place.

trust me, I wasn’t worried about my two skinny cats using it even at the same time. but when my massive chonker decided to hop up with them, I held my breath waiting for the crash. but it’s all good! I really love it and am tempted to order more.

CassieCassie: Well first of all this is a decent product. It was pretty easy to put together even though the instructions are not very good. And it seems pretty well made and sturdy. I do not think this would be great for multiple cats since you can see from the pictures that are one cat takes up the majority of this himself and I feel like it's probably at Max capacity with the one cat. Not for the downside the cat doesn't particularly care for this. We have rubbed catnip on it and encouraged him to get up on it place him on it and put it on and while he's not freaking out on it he just doesn't care for it and as soon as we are done putting him he hops down. It is not his preference of a place to perch. Despite being able to look out the window. This is an indoor outdoor cat so does it matter I don't know.

Amazon CustomerAmazon Customer: The cats love it and it does seem fairly sturdy, however, the fabric that velcros around the metal frame has already started to rip and it’s only been a month. Additionally, it seems that the Velcro wasn’t sewn in the proper spot so it doesn’t line up correctly when you wrap the fabric around the frame. The suction seems great though!

DHDH: The media could not be loaded.  This is where my kittens have been spending most of their time since I got it, they clearly love it. The fabric is soft and seems comfortable for them. It is wider and bigger than I expected, just wanted to note that because I didn't pay attention to dimensions just went by the pictures to purchase and was not able to place it on the window I was hoping for,but hanged it on our sliding door so it ended up working out. The reason why I am taking one ⭐ is because of suction, sturdiness and assembly. I had to readjust and clean suction cups several times because it kept falling off and the fabric holds in place by velcro but the fabric seems to be a little shorter making it harder to stretch enough to hold in place. Instructions could be made simpler (one suggestion would be a QR code linked to a video). It has been in place for several days without hiccups now so let's hope,but so far kittens are enjoying it.

kelli: It's not that easy to assemble, if your cat weighs more than 10 lbs the velcro doesn't hold well, the suction cups for the top are awful and don't hold. All in all not worth the money they charge.

Adrian hartAdrian hart: I bought the exact one while in London and it was great. Purchased again when I returned to Australia and even tho it is the same pictures (and looks like others received the good one) this one is nothing like what is shown in the picture. It is half the size and the gap from the top to bottom shelf is not even enough for my cat to lay in comfortably. Photo of my hand in the gap and I have small hands!
Also the general size of the hammock areas are tiny. Good for a kitten
DO NOT BUY!

toaf: first of all, this isn't the same design as the photo.
the frame is different where the suction cups attach, and you can't install it on a narrow window.
The top suctions that hang above the frame can be attached in a narrow configuration, but the other 4 cups that attach to the frame cannot be narrowed past a certain point, and certainly not anywhere close to 17.7".
I think the design in the pictures allows for the cups to be installed in a more narrow configuration, but the one i received cannot.

if you're like me and you chose this because it installs onto a narrow window thats about 18-19", then you're out of luck, it won't fit.
