The model I received allows the dumbbell to be set from 5 lbs minimum up to 25 lbs maximum, and they may be adjusted by 5 lbs increments. The adjustment is simple: lift the adjustment lever and movie it to the desired weight. The weights handle well.

Leo: I purchased a set of these adjustable dumbbells and have been extremely satisfied with their performance. The ability to easily adjust the weight of the dumbbells has been a game-changer for my workouts. I no longer have to fuss with multiple sets of dumbbells or take up space with a bunch of fixed weight dumbbells.

The construction of the dumbbells is also top-notch. They feel solid and durable, and I have no concerns about them breaking or malfunctioning. The adjustment mechanism is smooth and easy to use, allowing me to quickly switch between weights during my workouts. The plastic holders for the dumbbells are quite good too, and they dont take up much room.

The only negative and reason for my 4 star review is because they promised a life warranty, I tried signing up for it via their instructions as soon as I received my dumbbells but kept getting an error. I sent them an e-mail with SS as proof and never heard back from them. This was a main selling point for me on this specific product, as I was looking at other adjustable dumbbells from other brands. If this is a selling point for you then maybe look elsewhere but other than that fiasco these are a solid set...

George Grant: Make noise while ypu use it cause of the moving parts, sonetime hard to put the waits back in its rack. The tack is flate on the bottom and sometimes difficult to move and forget it, if you are doing a circut woth different weights and different terrains. Geö82

Christopher Hueston: The compact size afforded by the weight selection system is perfect for my space. The weights can sometimes get out of alignment which makes returning the weight to the base cumbersome, but it's miles better than having weights laying around that need to be manually locked onto the bar. If you need a compact set of weights at a reasonable price, look no further.

M Jones: Haven't tried it yet.....just got it Monday. But it seems to be well constructed and sturdy. I like the compact size for easy storage, and the adjustment mechanism seems great too. Looking forward to building a little more muscle mass.
