CB: I am pleased with this set. They are a nice weight and size. I looked at different set which I ultimately didn't buy because the teaspoons were very large and reviewers mentioned it as a down side. This set has both a nice size and pleasing shape for the spoons. I have seen a little rust spotting on a knife but now I avoid putting them away damp and have not seen the problem again. Overall, I am pleased with the appearance and quality of the set.

Mike C.: I've had Oneida flatware for ages, but when I needed a few more Tablespoons, it was "sorry, Charlie". I tolerated it for a year and, after finding that Lenox flatware has Nickle to reduce the incidence of staining (Oneida does not), I tested a few Lenox pieces and the difference was out of this world. As in, Very Good!

Anonymous: I haven't used the silverware yet. I rinsed them in the dishwasher yesterday; no detergent, but as soon as I touched the knives from the box, fingerprints were all over them. The weight, the style, the quality were spot on for the cost. I must say as others stated, to put out for company they wouldn't look clean because of the fingerprints.

T.J. Harris: It is all that is promised. Nice and heavy in your hand, lovely pattern, easy to hold onto when eating. Knives actually cut steak which is amazing. Like any good flatwear set, you are best to polish when out of dishwasher rather than air dry, but any good restaurant does this, so not a big deal.
I would highly recommend this set to any one, for the price - 12 place settings and a the extra pieces - can't beat it!!!

Danielle Kennedy: The set was a good price. The cutlery itself has a good weight; not too light and not too heavy, feels good in your hand. The design is lovely, nice and shiny, I was really pleased with how it looked.
I read other reviews and saw that the knives aren’t dishwasher safe and are prone to rust. This set is only for company and not every day use, so I just hand wash the knives and dry them right away. Haven’t had any problems dishwashing the other cutlery.
The only reason I took a star off was because after only one use I noticed there were scratches on the knives and some of the forks. It’s entirely possible my family are just savages that are overly rough with the cutlery, but I was hoping it would take longer than one dinner for them to look used.
Overall I’m really pleased with the cutlery. It’s not perfect, but it’s purpose is to be used so I’m okay with it not being perfect. If I need to buy another set in the future, I would absolutely buy this again and I would recommend it to others.
