DeputyDaves: The heck with alk that sports liquid that costs one arm and one leg. I use this and add my own nutrients and it tastes great and works well. My logic is that while riding my bike, if it tastes good I will drink more which keeps me hydrated. and nutrient enriched. So thats my plan and it has been working well for years. And I plan on continuing to do so. So dont buy this so I can have ample supply for my own use..
