Lelepet Warm Winter Dog Coat for Cold Weather Protection

Tina Jenkins: I purchased this item for my daughter Golden Retriever. At a glance, I thought there is no way this dog coat was going to fit this 75 pound dog. Well let me tell you my daughter put it on Simba and the fit was marvelous! Tried it out for the first time in the rain and the rain water repelled right off the coat. I love the softness of the coat and I can attach the leash makes it easier for me. Give it a try because I don’t think you’ll be disappointed. I purchased XXL. Oh and also there is room for Simba to do his business down below without the coat getting in his way.

s.s.: Hi, I've been shopping for a warm jacket for my hound for a while and this is the best one out of three I bought so far. I'm going to return two others and buy one more of this brand. This jacket is very well designed, fits my dog perfectly, it is light, yet sturdy, stays on my dog's butt, doesn't limit her movements, has high collar with reflective strip, and it is easy to put on. A little pricier than dog hoodies or sweaters, but saves me struggle with putting it on through a head. Size XXL. I'm EXTREMELY happy with this purchase. Thank you seller!

Janie RJanie R: My dog is a 33 pound Puggle with a broad chest.....he is studly, not fat. I took his measurements and matched them up with the size chart and ordered him a Large. I was pleasantly surprised that it is a perfect fit.....not snug but not too loose.....just right. I think the size chart for this is right on.

The inside is soft and warm, and the outside is waterproof and quilted. The zipper is easy to zip. I love the buckle/latch at the top for extra security, and the two rings to attach his leash. In this picture I didn't have it zipped all the way because I was worried it would be too snug, but later I zipped it all the way and it wasn't too snug at all. You can also adjust the snugness of the neck.

So why did I chose to purchase this Winter coat for my furbaby? He had a wonderful coat from a sporting goods store, but it velcroed together on the belly side. Because of that it would snag on things and come undone. Last week he was playing in the yard (3 acres) in the snow and came back without his coat. Amazon CustomerAmazon Customer: Very nice coat for my Lagotto Romagnolo. Seems like it helps a bit in the snow and keeps him warmer when playing with all the bigger dogs outside. Looks good on him too (picture really doesn't present it as well is it is in reality), and works good on a male dog (not all coats do depending on the cut of the bottom and placement of his stuff). But this design is a big harder to get on him than the design that goes on from above and velcros around the neck and chest. You have to get both front legs through the two holes in the coat, then zip along the back. once the two legs are in, the zipping part is fine, but he hates the process of getting the legs in. Other than that, it's great.

Danno: I bought this jacket for my old fellow because it looked like the coziest one on Amazon, it did not disappoint. Another big plus is that it comes in blaze orange. We like to walk slowly in the New England woods. This jacket gets five stars for both comfort and color/safety. Quality is good, one side is thick diamond quilting, wind and water resistant material, and the other side is grey polar fleece. You can draw the neck hole tighter, if you want, I have not tried, but nice feature if you were actually hunting with your dog in the cold.

A month of use later and this coat is better than I first understood. The diamond quilting keeps the jacket from ripping and the water resistant material works really well for drizzle. There is a learning curve for the dog as far as getting into the jacket, takes about a week for them to get the hang of putting on the coat. We have had one pretty cold night and my old fellow wore it to sleep. I can tell he likes.

Blue Horse: This is the only coat that my dog has not tried to vigorously rub off.
It stays in place. No need for a harness since the hooks are part of the coat which is wonderful.
Stays clean. Is a perfect fit which isn't easy to find for a French bulldog.

Anna d.: I liked it so much I purchased two sizes for my growing puppy. Especially like that a harness is not needed as there are rings on the coat. Cozy fleece lining that is also comfortable around the neck. Would highly recommend!
