Deeds: Amazinf build, took a good amount of time and enjoyed it too. There's a lot of ups and not too many downs. For ups, it's just great what can I say, it's technic, good size, and fun to build. Now for the downs, there's really only three things I dislike, the first one being that the instructions aren't that detailed, the second one was the rope for the winch took too long and needed to be chopped down to size to actually fit, and the last one really wasn't with this set in particular. Some Lego technic sets have alt modes, some have the alt instructions while others don't, this helicopter had a good looking alternate mode but I had to go on a website to find it. Anyways, I'd give it a 9/10, great build I recommend it

Grammy of 6: I bought this for my grandson's birthday. He has had a love for Lego's since about age 4. He only needed my help (limited by my hate for lego's lol) a couple times when he got frustrated. It is a great tool to help your child navigate stress issues, by taking a break for 5 min. then tackling it again. It also taught him a lot of patience. In the end, he produced a great helicopter and was soooo proud that he did it mostly by himself. Have I mentioned my limited skills in helping? lol He is now 11 and looking at more complicated builds. Please pray for me!

Dane Hanlon: This LEGO technic set is great as a bit of a warmup to bigger LEGO technic sets, But if you are wanting an introduction to these types of models than I suggest getting the zr1. The set was okay, but kinda frustrating at some parts like the rope which was impossible to tie or two pieces that would not come off, but overall the end product is ok and bigger than I thought so it’s a solid 4stars.
