Shmtur: The price on this set is the biggest thing - it's a perfect introduction set for a young one to get into Lego without breaking the bank. Solid pieces, with a couple large green floor bricks to build off of. There are a few suggested builds in the manual but we didn't even get to those as my son's imagination ran wild right from the start, building two small houses for his little green army men to use as bases. Recommended!
