SMS: I had a pair of these shorts for years and I've worn them out. I've looked and looked for them and couldn't find the same shorts. Finally they are available. My old pair is a heavier material, which I prefer. But the fit on the new pair is the same. Yay!

Genevieve: I wouldn't really say these shorts are flattering, they're cargo shorts. I got mine for work so I wasn't wearing pants out in the Florida heat. I would recommend going down a size because they stretch. I have a hard te keeping them up when I have my phone in the pocket and no belt. Speaking of pockets, the back pockets are completely sewn shut, but can be unstitched for almost completely useless shallow pocket. Because even with cargo shorts, women aren't allowed to gave functioning pockets. They are very comfortable though.

J Lynn: I usually wear a 12 and ordered both a 10 and 12 based on previous reviews. I am 165 lbs, 5 ft 7 inches. While I could wear the 10 easily I felt more comfortable in the 12 but the width of the legs was rather large, and I have generous thighs. The shorts look nice and seem well made. I cannot comment on wrinkling after washing as I elected to return both sizes and keep a pair of Lee Flex to go Cargo style shorts in 2 different lengths. I did prefer the weight of this style but found the other style to be more flattering. I do think these are nice shorts and the dark moss colour was rich and a good neutral colour.

lea kate: These shorts are darling but way too big. I’m 5’2” at 130lbs. I’ also 58 yrs old, so I wanted something to kick around in that was appropriate and cute. I don’t want to young a look, but I certainly will not settle into frumpy!! These shorts were big on me! I got a size 10, I go anywhere between 6 and 10 in size. But, I don’t like binding clothes AT ALL, so I figured play clithes larger size. WRONG!! If anything I should have sized down...twice! The length was great tho’! Right above my knee. They looked like walking shorts should look like. I’ll probably reorder, but mych smaller!

Nicole: Very good quality material and sewing. I wish i would have gotten a size smaller as the waist band is a bit loose on me but the fit of the shorts is really nice (flattering and tailored in the right places)

Ninmah: Very nice shorts. Beautiful gray. Fabric is of a good quality. I ordered 14 as I am in between 12 and 14. Covers my legs up to knees and very flattering and comfortable. I love it and will by a different color of these shorts. Very clean work. Good quality workman, no threads hanging. Excellent allover.

A. FAN: Perfect fit. Very comfortable with a stretchy, smooth fitting waistband. Generously sized, which works well if you have a bit of a tummy and waist. If you don't, then you might need to order a size smaller than you would ordinarily. The leg is rolled and stitched at the inner seam to hold it in place. Cannot be unrolled to make the shorts longer without cutting the stitching as implied in the description. Description also calls them midrise, but they actually sit at the waist. If they launder well without the need to iron, I'll order more, if available.
Update: The ink blue laundered well, with no ironing required. I did fuss with them a bit while still damp, to straighten out the wrinkles. They are 98% cotton, so some wrinkling is to be expected. I bought a second pair in a different color. Slightly different fabric, but with the same comfortable fit.

Nice material. We’re roomy so I put the size tens in dryer a few washes, now I let them air dry.
