LED Bike Wheel Light - DAWAY A08 Tire Valve Stem Light

Ms. Walsh: Liked this bike light so much I bought another for my rear wheels! I ride both day and night in a congested city and also on country roads... I WANT other bikers and vehicles and pedestrians to clearly SEE me to avoid accidents and near misses. I got the blue and I'm so happy with my purchase, so far they have lasted a few months and still going strong. Thieves have not stolen them when I've parked outside so they are not obvious when you stop and they go dark. The only regret I have is that I can't see the pretty designs as I'm riding... but others have made compliments and I often get a thumbs up from other bikers and pedestrians when they see my pretty bike wheels whizzing by.

IldarIldar: These are the best and brightest lights ever on tire valve stems. They are the brightest, they automatically turn off in daylight and when the bike is not moving, unlike others that light up and only work during the day from movement and the harder you move, the brighter they light. These same lights burn equally brightly at slow and fast speeds.

I can’t say anything about the drawings, since I have not seen them in motion from the side, but one thing is clear, that the drawings will appear at a fairly fast speed, at least 25 miles per hour. I don't care about the drawings, the main thing for me is that these lights are very bright and contribute to safety

Carlton Ward: I have bought 3 of these and only 1 of them works. I swapped batteries and lights and they just dont work on the 2 other lights. I did experiment with batteries on the one that does work and that to was hit and miss. : : Update: The company (Daway) sent me 2 new lights and they work great. I changed my rating from 1 to 4 stars for the customer service and taking care of me.

yeng vang: Had this on my ebike... looked pretty cool and it changes design according to your speed... one side battery life didnt last after couple weeks so i had to change em but now they both are completely dead even after changing batteries... the led lights are nice but doesnt last long... bought it in early May and now its june 12th so you get the idea.. it is motion detected and only comes on in the evening and not during daytime.. i just wished it was made with better quality so itll last longer... you get what you pay

Gerald Niederberger: The product is poorly designed. To install the batteries you have to open the battery compartment by unscrewing the unit. When you are unscrewing the unit you can see the plastic male threads flaking because of the metallic female threads. So now the plastic threads are worn from unscrewing the unit, you install the batteries, and now you try to screw the unit back together and the plastic threads don’t want to thread onto the metallic threads, then I finally got the unit screw together, and believe me when I tell you it took a lot of time and persistence because when I finally did get it screwed together but the unit would not work because of this little metal wire that needs to make contact with the battery and it would not, so I had to mess with that a bunch of times which also meant having to deal with the never ending worn and wearing plastic threads, at least thank goodness I didn’t have to completely unscrew the unit to mess with the contact wire thing. Well I finally got the unit to work by trial and error but I dread the day I have to change the batteries out, the plastic threads won’t survive another battery change out, then I had to be very...
