Jesse Robbins: If I had originally known this book had any paranormal aspects to it, I probably wouldn’t have given it a chance out of fear LOL. But I’m so happy I did because it was absolutely incredible. I mostly read it because I’m a huge fan of Colleen Hoover and her writing, so I’m reading all her books. This one is definitely a great read and she did amazing at capturing my attention, provoking my imagination, and making me feel every emotion possible during this read. Highly recommend, and don’t be scared about it being paranormal, it’s not scary at all.

Kindle Customer: Overall loved this book! There were just a few parts that I found irritating. I knew there was a twist but I didn’t expect a twist to that twist🤣 (that’s not what irritated me though.) I don’t want to give away any spoilers, I feel like I could have given it 5⭐️s, I would definitely still recommend it!

Klare Leseempfehlung.

Laila Peters: SPOILERS!!
This book pissed me off all the way up until the plot twist. The way Colleen had me fall in love with the love Leeds and Layla had and then after she got shot made Leeds take Layla back to the place the fell in love and then emotionally cheat on his injured, mentally unstable girlfriend with a “lost spirit”. On top of that he ended up kissing her. I hated that he was always like “I hate doing this but imma do it anyways”. But at the end of the day when we found out that Willow was actually Layla and and Sable had just taken over Layla’s body had my jaw on the floor. It all made sense on why he felt she was different and always felt a need for Willow. The end for me was a tad bit rushed but other than that, if you can push through being annoyed it’s a good book!

Chrissie Towler: As with the majority of her books... Literally couldn't stop reading. Love it!

akshita Rastogi: It was an amazing book with lots and lots of twist and turns. Colleen Hoover knows her audience and after verity this is one of the best thriller and suspense novel which she has written.

mc2be1: When people start comparing that’s when you ruin it for yourself and others. Leave this one alone and stop comparing to Verity. Verity was a whole other level book, it was twisted, cruel and out of this world. (Which is why we probably liked so much.)
This book is completely different and stands on is own. Some of the comments here make me think if the book was actually read and to a full understanding.
*Did I feel the way you did at first? YES.
But when I finished the book I finally understood why certain things were done and said.
*Did it annoy me that he kept allowing her to use her body and always had an excuse? YES
But again, if you finish and understand the book you would know why. To them both it felt normal for her to use the body.
*That he first felt in love with Layla and would do anything for her and how all of a sudden felt in love with Willow? YES.
But again, did you read and understood the book?
* Omg and the whole cheating thing! Jeez I get it. It triggers for me too. I can’t even watch movies and feel a certain ways with actor that take the role. Is like they are tainted.
However, I will say it again… did you...

Randy Ransom: So damn good! This was a trip! I thought I had it all figured out so many times during this book. I was so sure I was going to be disappointed with the ending. I was so wrong! Just when you think she will zig, she zags. It started out a bit slow for me, it may for your too. Just keep reading! So damn good. Freaking awesome!
