I was hoping this product would help dissolve some if the hair my cat swallows; however, this product caused my cat to vigorously recoil from the odor of this product. I was going to simply throw it away, but my wife said, "NO". She suggested we return it so you would know there are unsatisfied customers. We really appreciate Amazon, and their return policy. I hope you will take steps to investigate your product.

My cat wouldn't touch them as he is as finicky as they come so I wasn't surprised. However, I gifted them to my neighbor and her long-haired cat loves them and has had less onsets of hairball hacking since.
