It fit like a glove. It’s longer than it appears (but I’m not a model lol) The material is heavy- in a good way- stretchy and just feels quality. I don’t know why the dress was on sale for $8 when I bought it but it is one of the best amazon purchases I have ever made and would not hesitate to buy it full price! Wow! If you read every review like I do, you can stop reading now and just buy it! I’ve recommended this dress to many people!

gabrielle d.: I am 5'4'', 122 lbs and ordered the small. I really wanted to like this dress. The material is thick, yet breathable. I can't believe it's only $13. The neckline is very flattering as long as you don't move, at least on me. As others have said, it balloons out and doesn't lay flat around the collar. Perhaps tailoring could fix it but let's be honest I'm not gonna do that. The whole dress is flattering actually but, like so many boyfriends who were great and I should've wanted to keep, there was just something that didn't feel right. I didn't feel pretty in this dress, even though it is flattering. So, that's confusing. The dress fell just a tad below my knee and I was expecting it to be shorter, so I would recommend more for taller women, maybe 5'6 and above. Alas and alack, my search for the perfect lbd continues...

anon: Absolutely perfect. Luxurious heavy knit fabric. Gentle stretch to follow your shape without clinging tightly. So comfortable, I can wear it to work & feels like pjs all day, but looks professional, then add cute shoes & wear it out as my fav lbd!

NOTE: I almost returned this dress bc it seemed MUCH too large, 2-3 sizes too large! After washing & drying several times, the fabric protectant washes out & it fits perfectly as expected.

I will order more in other colors! 💕

W.N.: My review is mixed. On one hand, quality is there, adorable cut, and I love the weight of this dress. it’s classy, and in my opinion, it runs true to size. It is a great dress and can be worn dressed up or down. I can see so many uses for this dress.

BUTTTT the vertically challenged should beware. I’m 5’0 and 110 lbs, it hits quite a few inches below my knee. Like almost to my lower mid calves. In that way, I felt like a child playing dress up when I tried it on.

Don’t get me wrong, the size small fit my 32dd size perfectly. It doesn’t look stretched or anything. The arm holes and cut even fit my more athletically fit arms and broad shoulders well. So I think the chest of the dress is fitted but very generous and forgiving. It’ll work for a lot of body shapes.

It’s just the length that got me. I knew it would be longer on me than the model. I just didn’t expect how far past my knees it would fall.

I’m going to keep the dress and take it up a few inches. I just wanted to warn the short ladies that it’s going to be way longer than you expected.

All in all, it’s a great dress. There’s just too much length for me to wear out...

JLT: This is a beautiful dark red color. Soft and form fitting without clinging. I'm 5-5 and it falls above the knee; slightly longer than shown, but not by much. Amazon suggested an XL based on my buying history but, this is my 2nd Lark and Ro dress and I now know I can wear a large. 40DD bust, waist 33inchs; little waist roll. The back neck does pucker out on occasion but it is the movement of the dress. Beautiful, and unbelievable quality for such an inexpensive dress. Love it!
