Jessica: My baby had a tounge and lip tie so my nipples were beat up. I would use this after I showered and if I had a little sore from my son. Within 12 hours I would notice improvement. It is thick and a tiny bit goes a long way so I suggest putting less than a pea size drop on your finger and rub it together to make it a little thinner. Apply it generously to the problem area or rub it on the entire nipple. You will find what works best for you mama! Keep up the good work! You’re doing the best you can for your baby! :)

Mo: I live in dry hot Arizona and was constantly putting balm on my lips. Lanolin is so much better, perfect. Easy to apply, doesn't flake off or have to be reapplied all the time. The lanolin lasts applying only few times a day. Indoors it stays a good consistency to apply. In a handbag in Arizona summer would become too liquid. Since I've begun using this about year and half ago I have not experienced dryness. Tube will last me about 4 months using only on lips.
