Puzzler: This necklace was purchased for a lively 4-year-old whose dress style is mostly casual and sporty, but who likes to look pretty. She was delighted with the nicely crafted butterfly charm and spent a lot of time showing it off to friends and family. This item comes with a 16-inch chain, which is better for the young child, and has enough length for growing a bit. It appears to be sturdy, but that evaluation is on hold for now. Same with the tarnish-resistance. All things considered, it appears to be a very satisfactory purchase.
P.S. Item was enclosed in a pretty little stock paper envelope packet, with a printed heart-warming message.
