Curt: I ordered this product the day I drove home with my new RAM 1500 with the Uconnect 12 radio, but I let it sit aside(big mistake, put this on ASAP). A month later I went to install after only having touched the screen a handful of times and there were already some minor blemishes to the soft matte screen present. I cleaned them up the best I could and got this product ready to go. Failed at attempt #1 installing with just the guide stickers when I went to pull the adhesive cover off and everything started moving around. Succeeded at attempt #2 when I got a lot of scotch tape to make sure that guide sticker hinge was iron clad. First time installing a screen protector on a vertical surface. If you put that tape hinge on the top, remove the adhesive backer, and let it fall into place make sure to apply pressure down the middle top to bottom (go 12 o’clock to 6 o’clock as fas as you can once it first lands). . I had zero air bubbles that way because they tend to get trapped in the middle if you don’t do that.

I also like the product now that it’s in place. I think the gloss finish is nicer to to touch and clean now that it’s in place. I even think the screen...

Morpheus171: Bought one back in 2020 and like it so much got one again in 2023 for another truck. Can't tell it is there. These screens are not cheap and like protection it offers.

Jason: 8/24/2023 update: the seller activity reached out and offered a full refund. While I wasn't able to get the product to work, this customer service is worth an update from 1 start to 5.

Original review: In theory, this would be great but in practice it's nearly impossible to get all the dust off the screen. I used to work for a phone store 15 years ago and keeping all the dust off a small screen was a challenge. I'd say I got it right maybe 1 out of 10 times on the first try. Typically would take 2 , 3 or more protectors to get it right. Some of the screen protectors that were more "rubber" feeling seemed to work more often than the more rigid ones like this.

I mention this because if getting a screen protector on a small phone is a challenge, imagine doing it on a 12" monitor sized screen?? I'm sure it can be done, but it's not work the cost.

Amazon Customer: This was super easy to install. A worth while investment to protect one of the most expensive accessories in the truck. YouTube vids were great as an install tutorial.
There will be a couple bubbles left over but after 24-48 hours they go away on their own.

Razor780: Cool packaging. Instructions were very clear. Gives peace of mind that the 12" screen in my 2019 RAM 1500 Laramie is protected from scratches, etc. Hard to tell its even on the screen and hardly alters brightness of screen. Touch sensitivity has not been altered either. Would definitely purchase this item again.

contacted customer the seller and was very difficult to deal with and was a headache trying to explain
over a month i finally have received full refund for my order and i have installed a new KYKR screen protector
with 0 issues and is very good
