D. BORN: Update: I finally found a way to contact the seller. CDEFG responded by immediately sending me a new screen which mounted beautifully! I am pleased with the result. Just be aware that during the installation process, the screen protector can slide down between the bezel and the touchscreen and potentially get trapped. The ideal scenario would be to have two of the suction cups in place to carefully control placement. Also be aware that, after installation, there is an approximately 2mm gap along all edges of the screen.

I cleaned the screen as instructed, and it went very well. However, as I was positioning the screen protector during the installation, it rotated around the suction cup and the lower corner slipped down between the screen and the bezel. The adhesive made it impossible to pull upward and reposition. The screen protector cracked after I worked for a long time to try edging it upward. The package says to contact them for a free replacement, but after spending a long time looking, I see no contact info.

ronsau: All good now. Truck has a 7 inch screen. Ordered 7 inch screen but website info incorrect. What arrived was only 6 inches and a bit. Reordered an 8 inch screen. It fits the 7 inch screen in my truck. All good now.
