I was happy with this product for the first 4 months and then the pre-rinse hose decided to spring leaks everywhere. It wasn’t being abused in any manner so it’s really frustrating! It’s an easy enough fix with a new hose but why should I have to pay.

This is a terrible faucet. It is cheap and I guess u get what you paid for. No is leaking after 3 months 3 places and I am not even sure if we can get our money back. I trusted Amazon, but I think allow anyone to put their products. I will try to get hold of this company to return this item and get our money back, but I doubt this company will be responsive.

This is the second time I buy the restaurant kitchen faucet on Amazon and try to fix the problem myself. Both of them are junks. Water is leaking from the handle part even when the tap is not open because it can not handle the pressure. Had to find a professional plumber to fix the problem and replace it with another faucet. Don’t know how this product pass the test and inspection. Junk!

What a skookum faucet. Whether you're using it for a food stand, a professional kitchen, or just as a home kitchen upgrade, this commercial faucet will not let you down. It's packaged well and protected against any bumps that the package might receive during the shipping process. It was pristine and undamaged out of the box. The chrome is beautiful to look at, but of course needs to be wiped down occasionally to maintain that aesthetic appeal.
It has a straight tap that can rotate horizontally freely. It also has a spout on a very long flex hose. The flex hose has protected from being bent and kinked at harsh angles by a large spring. This limits the radius at which the hose can be bent at and insures a much longer lifespan for it. It's the same concept as charging wires usually breaking near the connector due to being bent back and forth so often. A spring helps spread the bend out over a long distance.
Installation was straight forward as far as the faucet itself goes. Of course, your own plumbing configuration can make the job more difficult. Be prepared for delays and potentially having to purchase adapter to make everything work together. This...
