G. Wayne: The LEDs are impossible to see in bright sunlight, or even on a well lit day outside. As a result, there is no external indication of whether the camera is recording or not until you step into a dark hole. Also, the date/time stamp requires too much effort to update. Who wants to carry a laptop around with them to update the date/time file when you are ready to use the carmera? Turn it off, ignore it, or better yet, zero everything out and just use it as a time keeper.

duck54: I'd like to be able to get/buy a charging cord. But no one seems to be able to help. So now the item is useless.
Update: The company has been very kind & has worked with me. They replaced the cord then I found out it had a short. They are replacing the camera. They are top notch with their customer service!!
