BigJim: There's nothing new to be said about these screws. The thing I would think that people would want to know is the quality of this particular brand of these screws. In the past I purchased cheaper screws on Amazon which unfortunately turned out to be substandard screws. With tips that wer crooked
and the threads didn't even go out far enough from the shaft of the screw itself to even be able to bite into anything. The thing is I feel like this. You are lucky to get quality if you pay for it. So what are the odds you're going to get quality if you don't really pay for it. Usually pretty low.
Here on Amazon you can buy plenty of other brands of this exact screw at a cheaper price. In my opinion the fraction of the price difference that you pay for the higher quality and consistency of the product for this brand of screws far outweighs any price difference compared to a inferior product/screw. That's just my opinion. I don't think that you can produce a quality product with substandard materials. Such as substandard screws/fasteners. Nena: I'm a fan of Kreg products and their screws have never failed me. I have reused some of them many time and have one twice out of 500 screws that I have stripped due to over torquing. That is quality in my book! I don't need to say much other than, I will use Kreg screw when possible.

Wildlife: A bit pricey but hard to find locally, if at all. I use the Kreg system a lot and have a variety of sizes. these are my go to size for most project using 1 inch boards (3/4 finished). Keep a good assortment on hand.
