wendy kipp: Bought both of my sons a pair of these for Christmas and they both loved them. They fit great and were very good quality. My son tried the touch screen feature on them just for a minute and it seemed it might work, but that was indoors in a warm dry room. So far they seem to be very good product, very pleased.

K. D.: They're decent gloves, warm, comfortable but I don't think they are really waterproof. I live in a rainy area and like to spend time outside regardless of weather. These are more water resistant than many others I've tried and keep my hands dry most of the time when outdoors, but in a true downpour they will soak through. On lesser rainy days it seems like they might actually work while being worn, but then as they dry the water must move inward or something and so the inside becomes and stays wet for a while after any significant rain exposure which is frustrating.

User in Ohio: These gloves are both warm and comfortable. I immediately opened them and tried them on to to test the fit and touchscreen capability. They fit as expected, perhaps a tad on the smaller side but certainly fit well enough for me. The touchscreen capabilities of thick gloves is always a little suspect. These work well enough to answer the phone, which is all I needed them to do. Don't expect to be able to send texts, play games, etc. because these will not do that but you can at least do some basic functions.
I bought these to work in. We have a farm and raise cattle. I usually go though a pair of insulated Carhart gloves every year but I wanted a pair I could use with touchscreen ability so I bought these. I have not put these through the test yet but given the softness of the fabric- particularly around the edges of the fingers (which seems to be nylon), I do not expect them to hold up past a couple of days. They'll work for most people skiing, sledding, walking, etc but I have no confidence that they will not hold up to daily chores on the farm. They look too nice and dainty- thus the deduction from 5*
