DabuckDabuck: I needed specific length bungees to hold an Auto windscreen shield on my car to keep the sun from overheating the inside. I was using longer length bungees with knots tied in them to make the right length. These old ones started to wear and fray from sunlight. I found these adjustable bungees and they do the trick. These bungees are adjustable on both ends. I also wanted these because of the coated hooks, they would be less likely to scratch the car surfaces. One odd thing was that the shorter ones were more expensive then these 32 inch ones. They are adjustable, so I went for the LEAST expensive 10 pack. They work perfectly. (Before anyone wonders why I don't just fold the end flaps around the door edge and use the door to hold the screen in place; the answer is if it rains that channels the rain INTO the interior and I get a puddle inside the car)

Doug: These seem to be good quality bungee cords. The adjustable hooks will come in handy. I use them to secure our winter pool cover with weighted jugs. I can't speak to their durability yet. Being outdoors all winter usually takes its toll.
