Amazon Customer: I gave this to my son one a day because he kept on getting sick and couldn't sleep for coughing at night. Someone told me this should help him with coughs. It took some time, but his cough got way better with this and didn't cough as much when he caught cold the next time. It taste pretty good, and my son loves it. I mixed this in water because he's too young.

TChow: My daughter likes it (surprisingly) but I’m not sure if it does anything for her cold/cough, which is primarily why I bought it. We’re still on our first box and slowly making our way through it.

jinhee lee: He didnt like the taste at first. I pop them in the fridge and he likes it nice and cool. I try to give him one everyday. Not sure if it really helps boost his energy but we come from a Korean background and I remember drinking something like these when I was younger so im doing the same.. haha
