Honestreview: Filters are not easy to find is your wet-dry vac is almost 40 years old. In case you do not know. Craftsman redesigned the 17816 replacement filter on newer shop vacs so that its filters do not fit well on older machines. This filter fits perfectly on the older machines that use a baseplate and nut to secure over the filter cage. Happy that Amazon offers this product on their website and for the price and free shipping. I could not be more satisfied.
