Max P.Max P.: The bag is well made with solid stitching and quality liner. The zippers, while not YKK, seem to be more than adequate for the job, the magnetic flap closes firmly, and the supple leather has a beautiful distressed look.
Speaking of leather… when the bag first arrived, it was creased and crushed, courtesy of the warehouse. The leather itself was very dry and needed to be oiled, at least in my opinion. This presented an opportunity to address both issues with one solution. I stuffed the bag with a bath towel to make it fully expand into its original shape and wiped it heavily with some Otter Wax oil I use on my aniline leather furniture. What a difference. If you’re familiar with leather care, you know that oil will initially darken the leather, but it will return to the original color in a few hours, once the oil is fully absorbed. Well, this wasn’t quite the case here, and I’m extremely happy with the outcome. Initially, the color was that of mustard. I liked it, sure, but it seemed a bit bright. Once I applied the oil, it turned dark brown, but within a couple of hours it returned to a halfway point between brown and mustard, like peanut butter, and remains this...

K. Baker: This “shave kit” is great. The buffalo leather is beautifully finished, with a slight distressed appearance (similar to advertised photos). The stitching is excellent, the zippers are very sturdy and the overall feel of the bag is “well made”. It was packaged with a hand signed thank you note with a description of the bag/care/maintenance. The price of the product was a little higher than others but WELL worth the extra $. I expect this will be the last shave kit I will ever need to purchase. Very Happy!

SILVER EAGLE: I just received this 'Dopp' Travel Bag today. I am new to the word 'Dopp' but I guess I can change. As I have not used this, I can not rate it but only the way It is intended it be used. I am certain it will be as expected. I am very pleased with the appearance, and I do intend to purchase other items from this collection. I have another Kolmal C item to arrive tomorrow and if it is as great as this 'Dopp' Bag is, I will be again satisfied.

Moritz Marlow: Der Kulturbeutel ist aus dickem Leder gefertigt. Zusätzlich zum Hauptfach gibt es eine Innen- und eine Außentasche. Sehr sorgfältige Verarbeitung. Sehr haltbare Metall-Reißverschlüsse. Sehr schöne Ledertextur! Riecht gut!
Andere Kulturbeutel aus Synthetik haben immer das Problem, dass sie an vielbenutzten Stellen brechen, wenn die Weichmacher erstmal aus dem Material heraus sind. Das ist bei diesem Kulturbeutel nicht der Fall.
Der Kulturbeutel ist weder zu groß, noch zu klein, er hat einfach die richtige Größe.

Aldo: Bisogna sempre usare una semplice crema nutriente e detergente per la pelle. Serve a ravvivare la pelle dell'oggetto e lo fa apparire proprio come in fotografia. Ho dato 5 Stelle per l'ottimo rapporto qualità e prezzo. E anche per la celerità della consegna. E per l'accompagnamento in borsa di tela e con la premurosa descrizione fornita dal fabbricante firmata personalmente. Oggetto ben fatto che merita attenzione. Certo sarà da vedere nel tempo se gli zip e i tiranti sono all'altezza dell'insieme così come si presenta da subito. Così com'è sembra duraturo e ben curato anche nelle cuciture.
Lo consiglio e sarei pronto anche a ricomperarlo. Sono soddisfatto.
