The letter offered contact details for the company should there be any issues with the product. paul petersenpaul petersen: I love this bag. I was searching for a replacement to my Field & Stream flip top dopp kit. I don't like most designs that have a single top zipper in the vertical orientation. They don't allow you to see anything unless you are actively digging around inside - which is a great way to get cut by a razor. The alternative is to buy a big pouch with dozens of pockets. I don't like this because I only travel with a small roll-aboard bag. I can't fit a large toiletry bag inside. I also don't like digging through a million pockets to find what I am looking for. With this one, there is a small zip pocket in the lid, and two side pockets for small items like moustache scissors and pill blister packs. Everything else I carry fits neatly in the large main compartment. The QUALITY of the leather is phenominal. The stitching is perfectly straight. I immediately used leather conditioner on the bag, let dry, then waterproofed it. As a result, my bag is now much darker than when I received it. The bag comes in a dust cover, with a personal note including care instructions. Komal clearly cares about his products and his customers. 10/10 would recommend!
