peter shone: I bought this for a switch panel for my boat. Thankfully I waited for the item to arrive before cutting out the panel rather than use the measurements in the listing as they are wrong.

The actual size of the panel is 149mm x 105mm , with a maximum depth behind of just under 75mm. The plate of the panel is 2mm thick, the covers on the USB and power sockets protrude 7mm from the front of the panel. The corner counter sunk mounting holes are 4mm in diameter (not 5)and are centred 7mm from the edges of the panel. The corners are rounded around the bolt holes. Four self tapping 28mm long black screws are included with the panel.

Also included with the panel is a sheet of labels. A little annoyingly the sheet was tightly folded in 3 on arrival meaning some of the stickers were unusable, fortunately none of the ones I wanted to use. It would have been better to supply two or three separate sheets unfolded, they would have fitted in the delivery box neatly and meant all the stickers were usable.

The panel itself and the wiring behind seems to be of good quality, the switches seem robust. The three 'sockets', the USB , lighter socket, and voltmeter are generic items...

Matthew: Well let’s start off by saying I am having no problems with the unit it’s self I was a bit worried after reading the reviews about switches failing and falling apart but after getting the panel I think I sussed out the issue.. they wire all the switches to a 14 gauge wire it seems and rate it at 20 amps well keep in mind with a 5 switch unit like what I purchased that would mean you can draw 4 amps off each switch if all are turned on now I don’t know what 12v accessories run on 4 amps besides cabin lights and trying to draw more power than the 20 amps would cause the wire to heat up and the switch hence why I think they fall apart and fail I removed there power wire and ran a power wire to each switch so I could draw all 20 amps from each switch with out over heating a wire or switch and so far have had excellent results as far as water proof no idea mine went in a camper so they might be right about the thing not being great for a boat..

Jsizzle: installation was easy. I like the inline fuses for the fact that they stay secured in place. I replaced a panel with vacuum fuses that screw in and those can get knocked/ rattled loose and lost. This replaced that switch panel for that reason. I also like the bright LED's showing when the switches are ON and the USB charging is a nice bonus.

Robert ERobert E: Installed super easy. Looks awesome. The volt meter is a bit redundant in my setup but it can be easily swapped out or rearranged to your preferred outlet. Great part of my trailer panel. Make sure you have about 4 inches behind the panel for install.

Flyin'HawaiianFlyin'Hawaiian: Rebuilding this old SmokerCraft boat that had no panel at all and a broken speedo and light switch, I decided to just redo the whole thing and thought it would be nice to have some control over a few upgrades I wanted to do.
This panel installed relatively easy for me, but I did replace the last switch with a pushbutton (found here on Amazon) for the horn, as I didn't want a switch for that device.
There's more than enough stickers in the kit for almost every device a boat would have a switch for, although it would have been nice to have one say "fish finder". I ended up just using the depth sounder sticker, guess that sounds more professional or something.
The switches all have an agc flat blade-style fuse holder, but I decided to remove all of them and run directly to a new fuse block under the dash. Easy enough with some crimp connectors.
Its a nice upgrade that has both a cig lighter jack and 2 usb ports, although they are only 2.1A and not the latest 3 amp style. No biggie, it'll still charge all of my devices without having a portable battery sliding around the boat and laying in the hot sun all day long.
