Love the setup. Little tweaks would be good. Wish the shoulder padding was a little softer. Also sometimes the clips catch my back. Other that that live the whole tool belt system.

As others have mentioned, there is two defects with this belt.
First, the adjustments are not durable enough to stay in place. They continually will loosen on both the back and front, either automatically when moving around or even if you bump them with your arm while working.
Second, the clamps that clip to the belt are very poorly designed. The way they come out of the package, they clip to your belt towards your body. The problem with this is that the clips are poorly designed so there are metal stubs that will tend to stab you in the back or stomach when moving around. As someone else commented, you can clip them in an outwards direction to kinda solve the problem but, we shouldn't have to.
I'm a master electrician and I tend to solely use Klein Tools because of thier quality and standing in the electrical industry. Unfortunately, these suspenders are just not up to par and really need a redesign.
But for what it's worth, I DO intend to keep them and use them, but others might want to think twice about their purchase.

Does not stay where you adjusted it. The clip lets the belt slip and you can adjust it just by pulling it up or down. I can feel it give and then catch after 10 mins of having it on.
