Michael L. Bilz: These cashews are delicious with just 9 minutes of roasting @350° in 3 minute increments, on parchment paper, turning them over each interval. And you can roast them to any color or flavor (sweet, dark, etc.). And they were shipped 2 days early from a third party supplier named SHIPIMO.
