B A.: I made a family cheesecake recipe for a gathering that included someone gluten-free. No one recognized the difference and the taste was comparable to regular (Nabisco) graham crackers. It is pricey (though most GF is compared to gluten products) but for special occasions I will use it again.

astro: Graham Style may be the only gluten free crumbs available. I've tried them once before. They are OK...I can barely tell, that they are gluten-free. I've made a delicious lemon pie usually them. They are expensive, but if one has to be gluten free ,for health reasons, .this could be as good as it gets!

GmaDar: These are extremely convent for someone who suffers from celiac disease. However, using them per instructions, the taste seems a bit off. I added a little cmore sugar which seems to perk it up and considering a pinch of cinnamon. Obviously, it's a matter of personal taste but overall a lifesaver for me.

Wanda: Made some peanut butter squares and there was no difference in the flavor than regular graham wafer crumbs. So happy to be able to gift them to family and friends with gluten allergies and sensitivities.
