Angie King: Such a beautiful wind spinner. Colors are bright and spins very easily. I bought a wind spinner stabilizer to help keep it stable and it spins even more. Wish this had it’s own stabilizer that matched the pattern.

Lukpla: This comes flat. You have to sort of bend the concentric circles to rotate them around the central north-south axis to create the 3-D effect. This was kind of a pain because it’s stamped metal and the edges were a little sharp.

No instructions but there is a video on Amazon that shows how to shape, just watch that if needed. Easily done and ready to enjoy. The color is great and the quality is very good.
